I don't think this is Pixar's best film, and frankly I don't think it comes even close to second place either.  But damn if this isn't a fun movie to watch.  There is just the right mix of flashy driving, strong character moments, and interesting side characters to be extremely entertaining throughout.  The well paced story and character development makes for a very climactic ending and a well-deserved emotional finish.  While not Pixar's best work in terms of animation, it's still great, and the soundtrack is a thing of its own.  This is the perfect movie to put on when you want to watch something with friends, or just kill some time.
