The worst type of horror movie is one that is trying so hard to be scary, but just isn't. Guess what kind of horror movie this is. I don't have much to say about this film. After starting the movie off in a place that is never seen again throughout the film, the movie cuts to the actual content and then uses that beginning scene to set up a sequel (of course). The actual movie is pretty trash. The characters are uninteresting and often annoying. The premise of the main baddie is fine, but the possibility of them being ominous or scary is thrown out the window due to its lack of urgency in actually killing the main characters. The ending could be copy-pasted into a million other horror flicks. Even without all of these critiques, the fact that I was laughing during a lot of the scenes should be evidence enough of how bad this movie is.
