It's hard to not like this movie I think, even for those who aren't avid fans of war films. It's just such a good movie all around, from the characters and actors all the way to the cinematography and action. My only true gripe is with the simply ok storyline and lack of character agency at times, but this is minor. The acting is very good from Denzel and still solid from everyone else, even for an old movie. The action, while not very common, is very good, especially at the end. The main characters were charming and fun to watch most of the time. All in all, this is a heartwarming movie that I have watched multiple times before and will probably watch multiple times again. Just a simply good movie.
