I cannot remember feeling this moved by a movie in a long time. This is an emotionally jarring film at multiple points, with some beautiful visuals and soundtrack to go right along with it. The films structure is almost nonexistant. It's like a flow of memories more than it is a real story. Still, the story that it tells is an incredible one, filled with a lot of dramatic moments and quick, to-the-point action scenes. It's not really a crime thriller, but it is a crime film mixed with a wonderful romance, which is a nice deemphasis on some genre tropes. I can't quite say the ending made me cry, but I was tearing up so I give it credit. I definitely feel like I should watch this again soon.
