John Wick Chapter 2

The way I think of things now, I think this is my favorite Wick film to date. This is a wonderful mix of smart visuals, action setpieces, and quick and to-the-point writing which makes for a fun action flick. The only real gripe I have with this movie is not having perfect action in every scene, but even then I'd be splitting hairs. There are several amazing moments throughout the film and command your full attention. Mixed within the meat of the film there is a suprisingly good story that doesn't try to be anything special while still allowing Wick's character to be realized in this world. The lore of the Wick universe is fleshed out even more in this film as well, and it's not yet too bloated to confuse the audience or mess with the action. There are definitely improvements that will be made later on in the series, but for my money this movie is hard to top.
