When a movie has the ability to engage you in multiple ways, it's guaranteed to be great.  Kung Fu Hustle is a prime example of an action comedy mashup, with flashy and memorable fights mixed with comedic timing better than most 'comedy' movies.  The story moves along at a brisk pace, repeatedly setting up jokes and fight scenes interchangeably.  The overall story and characters aren't incredibly memorable, but this doesn't take away from the movie.  It's simply hard to criticize this movie in any aspect, as it truly is a great film.  If you want to laugh and watch people beat the crap out of each other, you can't go wrong with Kung Fu Hustle.
