I remember this movie very well because I was in love with it as a kid.  This was because it was funny, actually had surprisingly good action, and was an animated movie about a fat panda who made butt jokes every ten minutes.  What's not to like?  But this movie is actually decent.  The action rivals that of other kung fu movies (at least in small doses), the story is incredibly simple yet perfect, and the comedy can still make me chuckle a little to this day.  It's sad that Dreamworks is a shadow of it's former self, because for a solid decade and a half they were publishing some solid animated movies that, honestly, were better than Pixar's at some points.
