This is a straight up bad movie.  There's nothing really to enjoy coming off of the first two movies.  As a kid's movie, it's perfectly fine.  But the spectacle, artistic direction, action, and comedy are all gone, which is also conviently the list of the things that I like about this series.  The villain is pretty cool, but he is underused and his main theme is awful.  I still prefer the first two villains.  Honestly, I never want to watch this movie again.  It's not even bad enough to be funny, it's just extremely, extremely mediocre.
