Pulp Fiction
Quentin Tarantino
Directed by:
1994

Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction is his most revered, but I don't think it's his best. No question that it's an incredible film inside and out, with masterful characters and story, but I just believe that this movie is a little overrated. Of course, this movie is undoubtedly legendary, and it's impossible to forget certain scenes and characters after you've seen it once. Each short story is great in its own way, and yet they all tell similar tales in terms of themes and ideas. I can't imagine how good this movie would have been with someone besides Travolta as Vincent, but I guess I'll never see what would have happened. Overall, one of the most iconic movies ever made of course deserves an incredible score, and I can confirm that this is one of Tarantino's best works.
