This is unqeustionably my favorite Pixar movie by a significant margin. While it may not be as iconic as other great animated films, it contains such a beautiful set of characters and visuals that it deserves my highest praise. The story is simple yet emotional, the shots and visuals in general are amazing, and the animation is damn good. There are so many scenes in this movie that are incredible, and any one of them could be my favorite ones on any given day. The character development of all of the characters is really good, and the themes/motifs of the movie are solid also. The soundtrack is good, but maybe not as good as it could have been. This movie contains a good message and delivers it expertly throughout it's runtime, and is one of the best animated movies ever made. However, there are a few things that blemish its legacy, such as the unecessary chase scenes and kiddish humor. I know that it is a children's film, and such things are necessary to keep the attention of tots, however the rest of the film is of such a higher quality that these scenes bring it down a tad.
