Shang-Chi was surprisingly good, even for a Marvel movie. I honestly thought that the Marvel movies after Endgame would really start to lose steam, but that doesn't seem to be the case. This is a very good action movie, with an impressive emphasis on martial arts. The action scenes in this movie are easily some of the best in the Marvel Universe. The characters and story are exactly what you expect for a Marvel movie, nothing much to say besides its perfectly standard. The visuals are good, the VFX are fine I guess, I'm kind of numb to the Marvel CGI at this point. The visual style is a little better, but they honestly should have leaned into it a little bit more. One of the best standalone Marvel movies (even if there are several references to previous entries).
