I knew this movie was going to be terrible when the first trailer dropped. And as expected, its bad. I'm not going to take this film seriously enough to break down exactly what's bad about all of it, but the whole thing is half-baked and poorly planned. Even as a Minecraft fan (at least my younger self was), the homage to the game seems too forced and often not very faithful to the title. The comedy was the best part of the film for me, not because there's a lot of great jokes (although there are a couple), but due to the fact that the film itself is laughably bad. It's definitely the perfect movie to watch with friends and laugh at it if not with it. But yeah this movie was terrible. The Chicken Jockey fight was underwhelming too.
