While I do think this is the lesser of the first two Toy stories, it is only by a slim margin. This is a great movie and a great sequel through and through. The characters are just as good in quality, and this film also has two character arcs just like the first, and at the same quality level. It's also crazy how they were able to keep this movie so concise, there is practically no filler and the movie benefits a lot from it. The animation is great as usual, there are some scenes in this movie which are simply amazing to watch. The soundtrack is on par, although nothing beats Toy Story 1's intro song. The themes of this movie are great, and convert to real world anxieties in a good way. The comedy is also really good, but I don't think it's as good as the first movie. While the it's most forgotten Toy Story movie, it's still a great one.
