A movie starring Jackie Chan and directed by Sammo Hung is bound for success, and Wheels on Meals is exactly that.  The action is undoubtedly the highlight, with fighters like Jackie Chan and Benny Urquidez hoisting the movie onto their shoulders.  The final fight between these two is one of the greatest martial arts sequences ever, and it's no surprise that this movie has garnered so much attention.  However, this movie certainly has rough patches, especially among acting and characters.  While the comedy is certainly here, the jokes and acting, in general, has not aged well since 1984.  But looking past its shortcomings, Wheels on Meals is a decent action-comedy film.
